Provo Tabernacle Fire

I've spent many Sundays in this beautiful old building, playing hangman and the dots game. There was even the time that Jeff and I had the time wrong for Stake Conference and showed up almost an hour early - we still would have been late for the time we thought it started - and got to sit on the third row. (Only the third row because there are apparently people who show up a full hour early to get that first row.) Best seats we'd ever had.

I'm really sad to see this building burned. There was a hallway in the back that had gorgeous old photographs from over the years of the Tabernacle that I loved to look at. The historical significance of the building alone makes this a real tragedy.

(Also, I'm glad Jeff and Uncle Erik were able to put their Noni/Nu Skin differences aside long enough for us to go out on the roof.)

Really sorry to see this one go.

Lucia 2010

Photo essay on the Utah Swedish Heritage Society's Lucia program this year.

Coming from a very Scandinavian family, Lucia is something I look forward to attending every year. I was Lucia myself five years ago...which makes me start to feel old.

Cory & Sharlie

Cory and Sharlie are such a fun, playful couple. We had a great time getting some formal shots of them before their wedding next week.
The amazing flowers were done by Brittney Erb.

Muhlestein Family

This family was a lot of fun - despite the extreme cold! Thanks for sticking it out, you guys.
